A dean of one of Moscow churches was denied entry to Ukraine for five years because of arranging a donation point to raise money for "New Russia militants," according to the Ukrainian Security Service’s press center.

“The priest involved worshipers to raise funds and collect things under the guise of a "humanitarian aid." The trusted members of the religious community entered the temporarily occupied territories through the uncontrolled by authorities border areas,” reads the report.

It is noted that the priest demanded that his envoys to fabricate photo reports on the "fratricidal war" allegedly unleashed by Ukrainian authorities against the "Russian world." The materials he used to gain promotion in support of "New Russia" and anti-Ukrainian propaganda in the church.

Relevant documents on the prohibition of the Moscow church’s dean entry to Ukraine were transferred to the State Border Service of Ukraine for inclusion in the database.
