Pensioners’ killer to be tried in Crimea

A man is accused of robbery and murders.

A man who killed two pensioners from the city of Feodosia to be tried in Crimea.

According to the press service of the Crimean Prosecutor's Office, the accused committed the murders for the purpose of robbery.

Thus, he is accused of committing crimes under Part 2 Sec. 105 (murder), Part 4 Sec. 162 (robbery) of the Russian Criminal Code.

A criminal case has been referred for consideration to the Crimean Supreme Court.
