The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Russia recorded an increase in the number of unemployed people in the occupied Sevastopol, the press service of the department stated.

“The growth of the number of unemployed citizens was noted in the city of Sevastopol,” reads the statement of the press service.

It should be noted that labor market monitoring is based on data that employers provide to employment service agencies - on planned layoffs due to the liquidation of organizations or a reduction in the number of staff, as well as the introduction of part-time employment and under-employment regimes.

Although, at the beginning of the year the occupied city was among the regions-leaders of the Russian Federation to reduce unemployment.

Earlier it was reported that in Simferopol occupied by Russia a lack of janitors and road workers was observed. Currently the occupied Crimea experiences a real crisis and a shortage of labor. There are 2 vacancies per person.

QHA reported that in the occupied Crimea the number of people wishing to engage in medical science continues to decrease.
