To mark the Victory Day, pro-Russian militants held a military parade in occupied Donetsk on May 9, Hromadske reports.
The parade was opened by troops of the so-called DPR that marched down the city’s main street. They were followed by modern and refurbished armor.
A total of 45 pieces of heavy armor, including tanks, howitzers, APCs, multi-purpose light-armored towing vehicles, MSTA-B self-propelled guns and Grad multiple launch systems used for shelling Ukrainian troops and peaceful civilians, rolled down the city’s main thoroughfare.
According to the OSCE monitoring mission, displaying heavy armor in such a close proximity to the front line constitutes violation of the Minsk agreements.
