Residents of the occupied Simferopol drew attention to the fact that local Traffic Police officers stop cars with Crimean Tatar flags.

Crimean journalist Zair Akadirov shared the corresponding information on Facebook.

“According to witness drivers, today in Crimea, traffic police officers stop cars driving with Crimean Tatar flags outside. According to witnesses, officers ask to remove the flag / flags, because otherwise a squad will be called up and a protocol drawn.”

According to Kadyrov, such incidents were recorded in several areas of Simferopol, in particular, in the Crimean Tatars' compact settlement Ak-Mechet.

Earlier, QHA reported that on May 18 in the Crimea three more Crimean Tatars were detained.
