Occupants misinform Crimeans about border operation

State Border Service of Ukraine says that the information about slow work of the Ukrainian entry-exit checkpoints does not reflect reality.

According to State Border Service of Ukraine, the invaders are spreading false information among the local population of Crimea about the alleged slow implementation of the crossing operations by representatives of the State Border Service of Ukraine in the checkpoints "Kalanchak" and "Chaplinka" due to non-performing database.

- In this way Russian control services are trying to discredit the Ukrainian side and misinform the citizens, following to the mainland of Ukraine and induced to wait in a queue.

The State Border Service of Ukraine informs that the entry and exit checkpoints at the administrative border with the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea work under normal conditions, - the report says.

Border agencies take all the necessary measures to avoid traffic congestion.
