Meydan Crimean Tatar radio celebrates its 11th anniversary

Meydan radio plans to resume its on-air and Internet broadcasting from Kyiv in the near future.

Today, 5 Feb., Meydan Crimean Tatar radio station is celebrating its 11th anniversary. Meydan began broadcasting on Feb. 5, 2005, and streaming online on Feb. 5, 2007.  On Mar. 31, 2015, the radio station suspended its broadcasting since it failed to pass the re-registration under the Russian law in the occupied Crime together with other Crimean Tatar media.

Meydan Crimean Tatar radio station, which is a part of ATR media holding, plans to resume its broadcasting. 

Earlier, Meydan released news every day from 9:00 to 19:00.
