- During the interrogation I was read my rights. Taking advantage of the right under Section 51, I decided not to testify without a lawyer being present and the agenda available. The basis for testing is still unknown to me as neither a search warrant, nor a protocol for seizure of children’s literature has been showed. Accordingly, I have not signed anything. I hope I will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the materials of the case in more details, wrote Zudieva. According to her, the inspectors also visited the families of two children attending the center and even asked minors the questions.
