In annexed Crimea, the limit was set for ‘free use of flora yields for personal needs.’

The Committee on Agrarian Policy, Environment and Natural Resources of the ‘State Council’ of the annexed Crimea has introduced for consideration in the session the draft law “On Amendments to the Law ‘On Flora’ of the Republic of Crimea” for adoption in the first reading. The resolution was adopted at the meeting of the committee.

The document limits the ‘free use of flora yields to ‘5 kilograms of raw products for a person per day.’ This refers to mushrooms, berries, herbs, etc.

In total, 4 amendments to the bill were approved at the committee meeting, Kryminform reports.
