Today, September 20, the strategy for information reintegration of internally displaced persons (IDPs) has been presented in Kyiv, within the framework of the press conference "Coordinating press center of the information within the IDP reintegration strategy concept", a QHA journalist reports.
During six months a lot of experts conducting a series of studies among the IDPs were involved in development of the document.
“The strategy consists of four tasks: the first - to overcome the stereotypes that have developed in the community in relation to IDPs; the second - to stimulate local communities to accept the IDPs; the third - to motivate the IDPs to move forward and look for opportunities, and the last - to create an information resource for them,” Dzhepparova said.
She noted that a special Q&A website will be created for IDPs to enable them to find the relevant information.
