KYIV (QHA) -

Kyiv authorities unilaterally decided to break agreements on twinning, partnership and cooperation signed earlier with Russia, Secretary of Kyiv City Council Volodymyr Prokopiv posted on his Facebook page.

“Kyiv unilaterally breaks all previously signed agreements on twinning, partnership and cooperation with the city of Moscow,” reads the letter sent to the Moscow government.

The decision was made "in connection with the Russian military aggression against Ukraine, annexation of Crimea and occupation of territories in Donetsk and Luhansk regions."
