Military Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv Garrison in the Central region of Ukraine has filed the indictments against two military serving under the contract with the Ukraine’s Security Service in the city of Sevastopol, reported the Prosecutor's website.

At the end of March 2014 Colonel and the Major had to come from the Crimea to the Central Department of the Ukrainian Security Service for further military obligations. However, the military illegally evaded the service, sided with the enemy and joined the so-called "Security Service of the Republic of Crimea," said a statement.

Their actions have been classified as treason and desertion. The indictments against them have been sent to the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.
