Kerch: Occupants entrust protection of order to Cossacks

Thus, the Cossacks will be involved in maintaining public order during cultural and public events in the city. The agreement was signed by the "Head of the Kerch City Administration" Vladimir Podlipintsev and Cossack Ataman Konstantin Ryabinin.

When signing the document, it was noted that the Cossacks helped the occupation authorities during mass events and blackout associated with the termination of the supply of electricity from mainland Ukraine to the occupied peninsula.
