As of now, all health care workers must contact with local, regional and federal mass media only if coordinated with the Health Ministry and a spokesperson Elena Maksymchuk.

According to the letter, the purpose is to "moderate" the health care workers’ comments.

As QHA reported earlier, the program "Die Another Day in Russia" is successfully carried out in Crimea. The Crimeans have complained they have to stand in line for weeks to get a coveted voucher to a doctor.
