(QHA) - Crimean Tatar singer Jamala has performed national anthem of Ukraine before Wladimir Klitschko and Alexander Povetkin’s fight in Moscow. As reported earlier on October 5, triple world champion Wladimir Klitschko stepped into the ring to once again claim his spot atop the heavyweight division fighting with Russian boxer. A crowd of 35,000 at the Olympic Stadium watched the fight. According to Jamala her performance was badly organized. “The organizers did not explain me the details, even where were the cameras. It is inadmissible for such an event”- Jamala stressed. They changed my microphone 3 times and then gave me the worst one”- she stressed. “Still I was so excited to perform at the ring, I was about to cry”- she says. To be noted Iosif Kobzon who sang the Russian anthem performed the 20 year-old phonogram. “I could have performed a phonogram, like Kobzon did, it is much easier. But in my opinion it is not fair. When I sang I meant every word”- Jamala claimed. Jamala noted it was a real tragedy for Russia that Povetkin lost. “It a great tragedy Russia lost. They wanted the boxer to prove Russia is the best, still they failed to”- she said.
