Just a reminder: in 1990, having returned from deportation, after a 100-day picket in front of the Evpatoriya City Council, a group of Crimean Tatars pitched tents on the site of a new neighborhood. After this, the private houses have been constructed on the site. The new district was named in honor of Ismail Gasprinskiy, outstanding educator of the Turkic-Muslim peoples.
