Crimea can be returned to Ukraine for three days, if four steps are taken with assistance of the international community. Such an opinion was expressed by the coordinator of the civil blockade of Crimea Lenur Islyamov in his interview with "Apostrophe."

“First, disconnection of Russia from SWIFT international banking transfer system. Second, imposition of embargo on Russian oil and gas. Third, blockade of Sberbank, VTB Bank and other state-owned Russian banks’ access to Western accounts and lending. Fourth, arrest of assets of all persons involved in the annexation of Crimea,” said Islyamov.

According to him, when all the steps are taken, the Russians will return Crimea to Ukraine. At the same time, he also noted that there is a second plan for returning Crimea - a military scenario.

“We should not relax until Crimea is back. Moreover, Europe will not accept us without Crimea,” Islyamov noted.
