SIMFEROPOL / AKMESCJIT (QHA) -

Six plots in the park of the Vorontsov Palace in the occupied Crimea are given for private development, the propaganda site "Notes" reports, citing the so-called "Prime Minister" of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov.

“Right in the center of the Vorontsov park, six plots are registered under private ownership under Russian law, they are listed in Rosreestr register. Documents for land were issued by the Alupka City Council in 2003 and in 2007.”

"Head" of the occupied peninsula Aksyonov recalled that the territory of the park is a UNESCO monument, but at the same time, he does not intend to seek the abolition of the property right:

“If a political decision is made not to do this, let it be adopted in the capital. But I will be categorically against it.”

Earlier QHA reported that the Crimean occupation authorities intend to take away property rights to real estate and plots on the peninsula, issued under the legitimate Ukrainian authorities. According to preliminary data, the approximate cost of the sites subject to withdrawal exceeds $ 1 billion.
