Several annexed Crimean nature reserves and sanctuaries are to be transferred to the Russia state ownership, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of Russia Sergey Donskoy said, according to the source.
”We plan to do it (to approve the decision of the Russian government to transfer reserves and protected natural areas – Ed.) We have an assignment this year, and we must follow through”, Donskoy said.
He explained that the RFgovernment intends to transfer Yalta, Kazantyp and Opuk Reserves, as well as "Karkinit Bay Sanctuary" and "Small Phyllophora Field" protected natural areas to the state ownership of Russia.
Earlier QHA reported that in December 2016, the Crimean Nature Reserve was transferred to the Office of the Russia President.
