This summer the cost of staying in Crimean hotels will increase by 15-30%, reported "Kommersant" citing Irina Tyurin, a press secretary of the Russian Union of Travel Industry.
According to Tyurina, currently the tour operators have increased their prices by 15-20%.
This year the Crimean authorities expect those tourists unable to go to Turkey and Egypt to arrive in Crimea. According to Tyurina, usually vacation in Crimea is 25% cheaper than in Krasnodar Krai. Perhaps, such a rise in prices can cost Crimea a part of tourist traffic as service in Kuban is "higher and tourist infrastructure is developed better."
