Hizb-ut-tahrir organization in Ukraine is to hold International forum in Crimea. The head of information office of the organization Fazil Amzaev told this at the press-conference in Simferopol.
The organizer of the forum is the information office of Islamic political party Hizb-ut-tahrir in Ukraine with the support of Central information office of the party (Beirut, Lebanon).
The forum is entitled “Islamic call on the post-Soviet space and Hizb ut-Tahrir: Realities and Challenges” and is planned for October 7-8 this year.
According to Amzaev the purpose of the forum is to highlight the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the world and in the former Soviet Union, to present its goals and objectives. At the forum, journalists and experts will be able to ask questions official representatives of the party from different countries.
In the framework of the forum, a round table entitled “Repression of Muslims on the post-Soviet space is repression for beliefs” is envisaged. The round table will discuss the issue of oppression of Muslims in CIS countries.
The forum will be attended by public and religious leaders, human rights activists, experts, officials, Muslim public and political organizations and representatives of Hizb ut-Tahrir party from different countries.
Note: Hizb ut-Tahrir is an international pan-Islamic political organization. They are commonly associated with the goal of all Muslim countries unifying as an Islamic state or caliphate ruled by Islamic law (sharia) and with a caliph head of state elected by Muslims.
