According to the information received, the two defendants in the "Hizb ut-Tahrir" case, Refat Alimov and Arsen Dzhepparov will be forcibly sent to inpatient psychiatric examination today, Anna Siruk, wife of the Crimean political prisoner Vadim Bogachev, posted on her Facebook page.
“Reportedly, Refat Alimov and Arsen Dzhepparov are being taken away today to undergo stationary psychiatric examination. On Friday, Arsen underwent surgery on his leg, and immediately, even before he has completely came out of anesthesia, was taken back to an ordinary cell in the detention center, without providing the necessary treatment. As in the case with the Muslim Aliyev, undergoing psychiatric examination now, the need for these examinations is under great doubt. Is the punitive medicine in action again?
Previously QHA reported that November 3, six arrested in the "Hizb ut-Tahrir case" - Vadim Siruk, Enver Bekirov, Emir Usein Kuku, Muslum Aliyev, Arsen Dzhepparov and Refat Alimov – were handed the decision of the FSB investigation on compulsory stationary psychiatric examination.
Muslim Aliyev was the first to undergo psychiatric examination in the hospital. According to lawyer Edem Semedlyaev, doctors conduct the examination incorrectly, asking Aliyev provocative questions, prepared by the investigators.
