Russian occupational command is forced to significantly reduce the military camp maintenance costs in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea. However, it is not going to reduce the rate of improvement of generals' dachas (in particular, on Chelnokova and Suvorov Streets in Sevastopol), the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry reports on Facebook .
According to the GUR, spending budget for the Russian military needs is significantly underfunded in connection with the stagnation of the Russian economy caused by the pressure of international sanctions.
For this reason, funding for government contracts to provide communal housing service for units of the Black Sea Fleet has been completely suspended in August-September, 2016. In particular, this refers to construction of individual objects of military infrastructure, the protection of military camps carried out by the paramilitary security units, as well as cleanup of the military camps, garbage removal, and bath and laundry services.
Thus, fearing the spread of infectious and parasitic diseases, the medical service of the Black Sea Fleet has ordered medications, including those for the treatment of head lice, according to the GUR.
