The enemy continues to strengthen its force groupings in Sloviansk, Donetsk and Mariupol directions, and so-called authorities in the temporarily occupied territory are carrying out mobilization arrangements.
"A universal conscription and active military training has been launched in the territory of the so-called DPR (Donetsk People's Republic) since January 17 this year," the General Directorate of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reports.
According to the report, the enemy, in flagrant violation of Minsk Agreements, continues to fire at ATO (anti-terrorist operation) positions and settlements on the territories under the control of Ukraine, using heavy weapons.
The Ukrainian intelligence service previously reported that the enemy deployed mortars, tanks, self-propelled guns and 122-mm Grad multiple rocket launcher systems prohibited by Minsk Agreements near Frunze, Horlivka, Donetsk and Molodizhne.
In addition, 220-mm Uragan multiple rocket launcher systems (banned weapon) were found near the villages of Kominternove, Kalynivka, Perevalsk and Novoamvrosiivka.
