Director of creative association of the Crimean Tatar programs of State TV and Radio Company “Krym” Seitislyam Kishveev was dismissed from his post.
The leadership urged me to submit resignation. After I refused, they dismissed me.
Seitislyamov was dismissed according to Labor code of Ukraine, article 3, 40 ‘systematic failure to perform duties without justifiable reasons’.
It comes a day after Shevket Ganiev-- chief editor of creative association of the Crimean Tatar programs of State TV and Radio Company “Krym”-- was dismissed. Still, the leadership assured Ganiev would be restored on July 1, 2014.
It should be noted, that the dismissal of the TV and Radio company’s staff is carried out in accordance to Ukrainian legislation, as the company is registered in Ukraine.
Following Crimean annexation by Russia in March 2014, the company will be wounded and then reregistered in Russia.
