The Defense Ministry delivered more than 2 thousand tons of humanitarian aid to the local population in the ATO zone, informed the Defense Ministry speaker Aleksey Chornobay at a briefing in the Crisis Media Center.
According to the speaker, the military together with representatives of the local authorities are working on restoration of infrastructure in the ATO zone.
“A civil-military cooperation group officers [...] have developed and introduced three projects of the local infrastructure restoration, namely, the resumption of gas supply to the Maryinka district, as well as providing a spare power grid in Krasnogorovka and on site Maryinka-Nova Mykolaevka,” Chornobay said.
He went on saying, that the Defense Ministry is actively involved in retrieving the dead bodies from the ATO zone, as well as working on the release of the captured Ukrainian soldiers from the territory controlled by pro-Russian militants.
