A café of L`Kafa Russian chain is opening today in the building, which hosted the headquarters of protesters during the Revolution of Dignity and was set on fire killing many people.

“The café has already been opened in the Trade Union House on Maidan square. And this is despite the fact that the reconstruction project of the building, located on the central square of Ukrainian capital, has not been approved yet,” Alexander Kava, former Deputy Minister for Infrastructure, posted on his Facebook page.
