Crimean Prosecutor office has warned the coordinators of the Committee on Crimean Tatar Rights Protection Eskender Bariyev, Sinaver Kadyrov and Abmedzhit Suleymanov about their intent to arrange unsanctioned rally on Dec 10, dedicated to Human Rights Day.

Eskender Bariyev noted this to QHA correspondent.

This comes days after Simferopol authorities rejected Mejlis’s appeal to conduct traditional events in the central square of Simferopol on Human Rights Day.

After the appeal was rejected, Mr. Bariev, Mr. Kadyrov and Mr.Suleymanov informed Simferopol city administration about their intent to arrange a rally, to show their protest to the authorities, who violate Russian legislation and human rights.

In recent months, Crimean authorities has banned the Mejlis from conducting any mass events in Crimea.
