Crimean refugees blacklisted by National Bank

Ukrainian banks are ignoring a court verdict whereby Crimean refugees regain their residential status.

Human rights activists are baffled as to why banks are refusing to provide services to refugees from Crimea.

According to Sergey Zayats, an expert with the Regional Center for Human Rights, the National Bank does not seem to be happy about Crimean refugees regaining their residential status.

Banks where refugees from Crimea are most often discriminated against include Aval, Privat and Ukrsotsbank.
