Crimean prosecutors demanded a $ 60,000 bribe to allow Turkish businessman Ali Qilinch the construction of 5 stored apartment house on the territory of the Crimean city of Sevastopol.

He told this in his interview to QHA news agency.

“Prosecutors of Sevastopol, headed by Igor Pilat, demanded $ 60,000 to supervise the entire process. Although all the documentation for the construction complies with the legislation of Ukraine”.

In case of refusal to pay the bribe, prosecutors assured Mr. Qilinch that they will make the construction work on the territory of Sevastopol impossible.

Mr. Qilinch intends to lodge a complaint to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
