The Crimean Pasta Factory, founded in 1951, will start producing the pasta according to the Islamic canons, reported the press service of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Crimea.
The ceremonial awarding of the "Halal" certificate is to be held on March, 29.
- The "Halal" certificate proves compliance with high production standards of Shariah. You do a good thing not only for Crimean Muslims, but for all residents of the peninsula, said the Mufti of Crimea haji Emirali Ablaev.
The certificate gives the company an opportunity to please the Crimean Muslim buyers with their products, expand the domestic export to the Muslim regions of the Russian Federation, as well as to import products to such countries as Syria, Egypt and Pakistan.
