The Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Crimea and Sevastopol condemned the terrorist actions that claimed 10 lives in Istanbul, reported the press office of Crimea’s Muftiyat.
The Crimea's Mufti Hajji Emirali Ablaev conveyed his deepest condolences to the victims' families and Turkish people, Turkish Government and the Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Turkish Republic headed by Professor Dr. Mehmet Gormez.
- The murder of an innocent man is the greatest sin in Islam equated to killing all humanity. We grieve with victims' families and friends and all Muslims who are feeling the bitterness of the terrible terrorist attack. We pray to Allah for His mercy and ask His forgiveness for all the killed, said Ablaev.
As QHA (Crimean News Agency), reported earlier, morning January 12 a powerful blast occurred next to a tram stop in Istanbul’s historic downtown district. A group of German tourists is reported to have been in the area at the time the explosion went off.
