Over 100 trucks with new ‘humanitarian aid from Russia arrived in Donbas, Russian Emergency Ministry said in a statement.

According to the statement, there were no unforeseen situations on the road and ‘humanitarian’ cargo over 1,100 tons gross weight was delivered to the destination. As the agency reports, the bulk of the cargo is food.

The Ukrainian side has repeatedly stated that the so-called ‘gumkonvoi’ (convoy of ‘humanitarian aid’) from the Russian Federation only exacerbate the situation in the conflict area in the south-east of the country. It should be noted that shellfire intensifies after every such ‘help’.
