Z-Games sports and music festival, previously held in the village of Popovka (Saki region of Crimea), will now be hosted by the village of Zatoka (Odessa region), Krym Media reports.

According to the festival’s organizers, the event will run from August 20, 2015, through August 24, 2015. Maxim Karpij, one of the festival’s organizer, says this will be a whole new site where things will have to be done from scratch.“We left everything in Crimea and are going to build the new site from the ground up. This is going to be a Ukrainian festival,” Karpij says.

Held as part of the KaZantip project in Crimea from 2010 to 2013, Z-Games festival drew extreme sports performers from all over the world and was scrapped after Russia’s annexation of Crimea.

It was reported earlier that Koktebel Jazz Festival, held in the town of Koktebel before annexation of Crimea, will be run in the village of Zatoka from August 23, 2015, through August 30, 2015.
