Three Crimean Tatars were denied entry to Crimea until 2021, Emine Dzheppar, Adviser to the Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine for Crimea, posted on her Facebook page.
This refers to Seytumerov Bilal and two brothers Gugurik Rustem (born in 1971) and Bekir (born in 1962).
“On March 18, Rustem and Bekir were handed a "document" - a notice to a foreign citizen or stateless person – forbidding them to entry Crimea until January 1, 2021, according to the FSB’s order and under section 1, clause 1 of the Article 27 FS No. 114 On Exit and Entry into Russia dated August 16, 1996. Otherwise, they will be prosecuted under Article 32 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,” Emine Dzheppar wrote.
She also noted that Rustem Gugurik has been detaining when crossing the administrative border and interrogating for 4-5 hours since January 2016. One of the questions asked by the FSB was the question of his participation in the Civil blockade of Crimea.
