Meeting dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Crimean-Tatar deportation organized by the activists of Warsaw Euromaidan was held in the capital of Poland, news 24 reports.
Ukrainians, Poles, representatives of Crimean and Kazan Tatars, as well as Belarusians were present at the event near the embassy of the Russian Federation in Warsaw.
They claimed they would not leave Crimean Tatars alone and would spread truth in the EU countries about the situation in Crimea.
During the event, activists lighted up memories candles near the embassy of Russia.
Similar meeting of solidarity with the Crimean Tatars was held near Russian embassy in Gdansk as well.
