About twenty activists, detained today during a search in the home of Marlen Mustafayev, were charged with participating in an unauthorized rally under Article 20.2, Part. 1, of the RF Code of Administrative Offences, according to the Crimean lawyer Rustem Kamil, as cited by Anna Bogacheva.
This part of the article is punishable by an administrative fine of ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles or compulsory labor for up to forty hours.
Lawyer Emil Kurbedinov in a video message posted on his Facebook page, suggested that Marlen Mustafayev who is particularly at risk, will be imposed administrative arrest.
Earlier, in the morning of February 21, it became known about another illegal search in the Crimea. At 7:30 armed men burst into the home of Crimean Tatar Marlen Mustafayev in Kamenka.
After some time, the activists reported on social networks about the detention of 10 or 20 people, according to different sourses, who came to support the Mustafayev family.
