144 Ukrainian soldiers held captive by separatists

2,941 people have been released from the DPR and LPR captivity over the course of the anti-terrorist operation.

144 Ukrainian soldiers are being held captive by DPR and LPR militants, with 2 941 having been released, said Yuriy Tandit, Advisor to Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), in an interviews aired by the 5th Cannel.

According to Tandit, the SSU is ‘keeping its finger on the pulse in this regard’.

Tandit went on to say that Vitaliy Malikov, General Lieutenant and First Deputy Head of the SSU, is currently in the area where the anti-terrorist operation is being conducted.
