Vitaliy Klitschko, leader of Ukrainian opposition party UDAR, said that during his visit to the Presidential administration, President Viktor Yanukovych did not meet with him, informs press service of UDAR party.

“I urgently came to Yanukovych to demand the end of escalation of violence and resolve the political crisis. But he was at the meeting. For two nights the center of Kyiv has been on fire and the president is sitting only two blocks away and does not notice this”, noted Klitschko.

"They said that the president would phone me when he's free”, Klitschko said.

As reported, on January 21, Vitaliy Klitschko went to negotiate with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.
