Deputy Head of the Crimean Council of Ministers Rustem Temirgaliyev signed Memorandum in Beijing with the upside down Ukrainian flag on the table.
The Memorandum on implementation of the pilot integration project in agro-industrial field was signed in the framework of his visit to China, informs press service of the Crimean Council of Ministers.
Within the project, Chinese companies plan to invest in the development and modernization of Crimean irrigation systems, including drip irrigation, and introduction of modern agricultural technologies, such as storage of agricultural products and others. The project also envisages the construction of grain terminal at one of the Crimean ports.
The project will be financed by one of the largest banks of China. The Chinese side agreed with Crimean Government to use only Crimean labor force and preserve the land status of the used lands as state-owned lands of Ukraine.
