According to the news agency RIA Novosti, the Russian occupation authorities, unrecognized by Ukraine and the rest of the world, except Russia, demand compensation for economic losses from the leaders of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev and Refat Chubarov, as well as a coordinator of the Crimean peaceful blockade Lenur Islyamov.

According to the Acting Chairman of the Crimea's State Committee for International Relations and Deported Citizens Zaur Smirnov, Crimea has been carrying serious economic losses since the blockade start. Life support resources are running out very quickly.

Therefore, the self-proclaimed Crimea’s authorities agreed to issue an invoice to Crimea blockade organizers and those helping them.
