THE HAGUE (QHA) -

UN International Criminal Court in The Hague will consider a lawsuit of Ukraine against Russia from 6 to 9 March 2017, the press service of the court informs, according to ZN.UA

The court noted that the Ukraine will plead on the first day of meetings, and Russia the next day. March 8 and 9 the order will be the same.

The Ukrainian government has accused the Russian authorities of violating the UN Conventions on Combating the Financing of Terrorism and on the Elimination All Forms of Racial Discrimination.

The appeal of Ukraine to the International Court of Justice says that the aggressor country has flagrantly violated international law for three years, carrying out the illegal occupation of the territory of the Crimea and the Donbas, as well as implementing a policy of discrimination and repression in Crimea.
