Because of ceasefire the refugees from Donbas who moved to Russia are returning home, reported at a briefing Andrei Lysenko, a spokesman for the Presidential Administration on the ATO.

-Peace and quiet order contributes to the return of Ukrainian refugees from Russia, said Lysenko.

The Federal Migration Service of Russia has also noted a significant reduction in the flow of Ukrainian refugees, reported RIA Novosti.

- I have a telling point that is entry-departure in Rostov region. We’ve fixed close to 1400-1500 people leaving the Russian Federation for Ukraine. This is a telling point. There is no entry and a small departure... Once we fixed the mass entry of 8000 people per day to the Russian Federation, so, course 1,5 thousand people is not a compensation, but, nevertheless, it is a positive signal, said the Head of Service Konstantin Romodanovsky.
