Lithuania has planned to hold a special course, aimed at training Ukrainian military instructors for combat in densely populated urban areas. The trained fighters, able to pass on experience on their return, will take a special two-week course for development of skills in military operations and shooting, reports UT.
All Ukrainian soldiers, making preparations for this training, took part in the operations and clashes with the Russian army and separatists in Donbas.
This course is particularly relevant since the east of Ukraine has been occupied by pro-Russian terrorists. On the whole, Donbas region of Ukraine has the highest density of urbanized population.
Just a reminder, Lithuania is one of the most loyal Ukrainian allies and the harshest Kremlin critic. Thus, Lithuania, being a NATO member, keeps on providing Ukraine with support and new knowledge, useful to our military for liberation of our lands.
