Kyiv (QHA) - Ukrainians will see positive changes from the Association Agreement with the European Union a year after the document is signed, European Commissioner for Trade Karel De Gucht has said, according to Ukrinform. "A year after the introduction of the provisions of the agreement begins ordinary Ukrainians will feel that something has changed and that new prospects are opening up. I believe that it will be so," he said live on Channel 5. As reported, the Association Agreement, including a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, is to be signed at the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius in November.
