KYIV (QHA) -

Ukraine is getting ready to file a fourth lawsuit against Russia on human rights violations in Crimea to the European Court for Human Rights. That is what Pavel Petrenko, Minister of Justice, said during a round table discussion on August 4, 2015, Ukrinform reports.

“A fourth lawsuit is now ready, and we will have put together evidence database by the end of the next week. The bulk of the violations is to do with politically motivated persecution of Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars by the authorities in occupied Crimea," said Petrenko.

According to him, other violations include impossibility for Crimean residents to vote in the 2014 parliamentary elections.

According to Petrenko, a fourth lawsuit will be lodged with the European Court in a week.

The Minister is counting on a favourable verdict.
