The Ukraine’s Foreign Affairs Ministry called on Russia to stop the massive repression against the Crimean Tatars, Mariana Betz, a Speaker of the Ukraine's Foreign Affairs Ministry, reported on Twitter.

- Again searches in occupied Crimea. Threats, harassment of the Crimean Tatars. We call on the invader to stop repressions! Wrote Betz.

As QHA reported earlier, the so-called Crimean Prosecutor Nataliya Poklonskaya claimed the detained are terrorists and accused them of involvement in the international political party "Hizb ut-Tahrir," banned in Russia.

Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Refat Chubarov said the Russian occupants commit such discriminatory acts only against Muslims of Crimea, and do not touch the faithful of other religions. According to Chubarov, thus the FSB aims to intimidate the Crimean Tatars and humiliate their honor and dignity.

The leader of the Crimean Tatars, the Presidential Commissioner on the Affairs of the Crimean Tatar People, Mustafa Dzhemilev believes that by means of threats and violence, the Russian authorities are trying to persuade the Muslims in annexed Crimea to cooperation.
