The Russian Federation selectively treats the Minsk Arrangements to dictate its own political demands and conditions for termination of its supporting active hostilities in Donbas, said the Ukrainian Permanent Representative Ihor Prokopchuk at the meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council as the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry press service reports.
According to the Permanent Representative, Russia continues to increase its military presence in the East of Ukraine: increases the total strength of the mercenaries, the amount of military equipment, ammunition and flammable materials. The militants support is carried out through the non-controlled segments of the Ukrainian State border.
Prokopchuk expressed the need to create a sub-working group as part of the Trilateral contact group to resolve the situation regarding border issues in the Donbas. In particular, it is necessary to bring the armed police of the OSCE mission into the whole conflict territory, especially in the areas of the State border with the Russian Federation.
