BRUSSELS (QHA) -

Ukrainian diplomats have transferred to partners of Ukraine in NATO the information about the possible deployment of nuclear weapons on the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.

This statement was made by the Acting Head of Mission of Ukraine to the North Atlantic Alliance Egor Bozhok, noting that the information was obtained and compiled from open sources:

“The information in the form of a report with the relevant data was obtained by the leadership of the Alliance,” Egor Bozhok stressed.

Speaking at the European Parliament in Brussels on Tuesday, in the framework of the debate on the illegal annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation, the Commissioner of Ukrainian Presidential on Crimean Tatar Affairs Mustafa Jemilev said that the occupation authorities brought nuclear weapons to the territory of the peninsula.
