This area will be one of the key aspects of cooperation between the two countries, Ukroboronprom State Concern reports citing Denis Gurak, its Deputy Director General for Foreign Economic Activity, as saying at the Turkey Defence Week 2015. 

“The policy of transparency and openness of the Ukroboronprom State Concern is aimed at attracting foreign investments and developing domestic military-industrial complex in accordance with international standards,” said Denis Gurak.

According to him, the Concern heads for attracting foreign investments in the Ukraine’s military-industrial complex.

The Turkey Defence Week 2015 brought together the experts from Turkey, the UK, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Estonia and NATO. Within the framework of cooperation between Ukraine and its Western partners, the capabilities of Ukrainian military-industrial complex were demonstrated and a series of talks was conducted.

Just a reminder: The agreements on joint projects in many fields of the defense industry, in particular aerospace, aviation and armor sectors have been concluded between Ukraine and Turkey this year.
